How do I reset my password?

We do not yet have an automated password reset system. If you are unable to access your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create a new account using the password you would like to use going forward.

  2. Register the new account with the same email address used on your original account.

  3. Submit a support ticket and include:

    • Your original username

    • Your new username

    • Confirmation that both accounts use the same email address

Our team will then verify the account ownership and assist with transferring the password from the newly registered account to your original account.

Important:
If the email on your new account does not match the email on your original account, we may be unable to verify ownership and your request may be rejected.
