Account help
At this time, we are unable to process username change requests. As Pixadom is still in active development, our team needs to prioritise core features and stability, and we are not currently able to allocate the administrative time required to manage name changes.
We may consider offering username changes in the future once the game and support systems are more developed.
Pixadom is designed as an 18+ game and is intended for an adult audience. While the world is cozy and light-hearted, the social community and player interactions are built with adults in mind.
This age guideline ensures:
A safe and comfortable environment for adult players
Social interactions and community spaces that are moderated for mature audiences
Gameplay systems that focus on collaboration, expression, collecting, and community culture rather than children's play patterns
Players must be 18 years or older to play Pixadom.
We do not yet have an automated password reset system. If you are unable to access your account, please follow the steps below:
Create a new account using the password you would like to use going forward.
Register the new account with the same email address used on your original account.
Submit a support ticket and include:
Your original username
Your new username
Confirmation that both accounts use the same email address
Our team will then verify the account ownership and assist with transferring the password from the newly registered account to your original account.
Important:
If the email on your new account does not match the email on your original account, we may be unable to verify ownership and your request may be rejected.
Yes. As long as you log in with the same account details, your progress and items will carry across devices and browsers.
You can create an account directly in-game by selecting Register on the login screen. A valid email address is required for verification and password recovery.
Using a fake or incorrect email may result in permanent loss of access to your account if you ever need to reset your password or recover your login details.
Gameplay
There are several ways to earn Coins while playing Pixadom:
Completing Quests
Some quests reward coins upon completion. This is a reliable way to earn currency while exploring the world.Catch the Gopher
A small gopher will occasionally appear in random locations. A message will appear in the chat history when it spawns.
The first player to catch it earns 3 Coins and Pixels (XP).Defeating Puffles
Puffles are pink, spiked creatures found in the North-East area of Main Town.
Each defeated Puffle rewards 3 Coins and Pixels (XP).Seasonal Activities
During seasonal events (such as Halloween, Christmas, and Easter), limited-time mini-games allow you to collect special items that can be exchanged for Coins or exclusive rewards.
Gems are a premium currency, available through:
In-game purchase, and
Attending certain official or special events.
Gems are typically used for exclusive items, cosmetics, and limited-time releases.
Yes - Pixadom is free to play. You can join and enjoy the world without making any purchases.
Pixadom includes a mix of free and optional paid content. All in-game purchases are made using Gems, which can be bought in Gem Packs. These purchases are entirely optional and are not required to access core features of the game.
Players are able to explore, complete quests, personalize their avatar, and decorate their room without spending money. Gem purchases simply offer additional cosmetic and collector options for those who wish to expand their style and creativity.
Customizing and personalizing your character is a core feature of Pixadom, and new options will continue to be added over time.
To change your look:
Click the Menu in the lower-left corner of the game screen.
Select Change Look.
Adjust your avatar's appearance using the available style options.
When you're happy with your look, select Update Look to save it.
Note: Your avatar must be standing still to change your appearance.
For additional clothing, hairstyles, and accessories, visit shops throughout Pixadom to purchase more customization options.
Some items in Pixadom are released for a very short period or tied to specific seasonal events. Once they are removed from the shop, they may not return, which makes them more desirable to collectors.
Super Rare items are typically available for 48 hours only and are not guaranteed to return in future rotations.
Seasonal Rares are usually associated with a yearly theme or holiday and may return only during that specific season.
These limited windows help keep the in-game economy interesting, give players meaningful collectibles, and support the trading and value of long-term collections.
Trading is available between players using the secure trade interface located inside Sunrise Apartments. This system ensures that both players can review the items being exchanged before confirming the trade.
Always take a moment to verify the item names and quantities before finalising the trade. Once both players confirm, the trade is completed and cannot be reversed.

Pixadom draws inspiration from a range of cozy and social games that celebrate creativity, decorating, and community. If you enjoy worlds like Habbo Hotel, Coke Music, Spineworld, Stardew Valley, Club Penguin, Toon Town, Animal Crossing, Palia, or the whimsical exploration found in classic The Legend of Zelda series or old Pokemon games, you may find a familiar sense of comfort and expression here - though Pixadom has its own atmosphere, systems, and identity.
Pixadom aims to recapture the warmth and nostalgia of the games many of us grew up with - the feeling of logging in to relax, to create, to make memories with others, and to feel part of something shared.
We currently manage all bug reports through our official Discord server. This helps our team review reports quickly, ask clarifying questions, and track issues in an organised way.
Before submitting a new report, please search the existing bug-report channels and threads to see if the issue has already been reported.
If you find an existing thread about the same issue, please add your findings or additional details there.
If no one has reported it yet, you may open a new thread in the appropriate channel.
How to report a bug effectively:
When reporting, please include as much detail as possible. This greatly improves our ability to identify and resolve the issue.
We recommend including:
What you were doing when the issue occurred
What you expected to happen
What actually happened
Steps to reproduce the bug (if known)
Your device and browser (e.g., Windows + Chrome)
A screenshot or screen recording, if possible
If the issue appears technical (e.g., something fails to load):
Press F12 to open the Developer Console
Check for any red error messages
Take a screenshot of the console and include it in your report

Purchases and Billing
Yes. Items you earn or purchase remain in your inventory permanently and can be used at any time. This includes Seasonal items, Limited releases, and Super Rares once they have been acquired.
Some Supporter-exclusive items, such as Custom Head Pieces, may have additional terms associated with them due to their personalized nature.
These items follow specific guidelines regarding ownership, usage, and eligibility.

Gems can be purchased directly in-game. You can access the purchase screen in two ways:
Click the Gem Shop button in the top interface, then select the Buy Gems tab at the top of the shop window, or
Click your Gem balance directly to open the Buy Gems tab instantly.
From there, choose the Gem package you'd like and follow the checkout steps.
All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
