How and where do I report a bug?

We currently manage all bug reports through our official Discord server. This helps our team review reports quickly, ask clarifying questions, and track issues in an organised way.

Before submitting a new report, please search the existing bug-report channels and threads to see if the issue has already been reported.

If you find an existing thread about the same issue, please add your findings or additional details there.

If no one has reported it yet, you may open a new thread in the appropriate channel.

How to report a bug effectively:
When reporting, please include as much detail as possible. This greatly improves our ability to identify and resolve the issue.

We recommend including:

  1. What you were doing when the issue occurred

  2. What you expected to happen

  3. What actually happened

  4. Steps to reproduce the bug (if known)

  5. Your device and browser (e.g., Windows + Chrome)

  6. A screenshot or screen recording, if possible

If the issue appears technical (e.g., something fails to load):

  • Press F12 to open the Developer Console

  • Check for any red error messages

  • Take a screenshot of the console and include it in your report

Why we use Discord for bug reporting:
Using Discord allows us to:

  • Track reports more efficiently

  • Group related issues together

  • Request additional information when needed

  • Notify players when issues are fixed or require retesting

This helps us resolve problems faster and keep the community involved in the development process.
